- Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. - Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
In their original condition, free from damage or stains;
Include all original tags and packaging;
Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt). - Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer;
Sale items or clearance items (specifically marked as “Final Sale”); - Return Process
Contact Customer Service to submit a return request;
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address;
Ship the items back according to the provided instructions;
We will process your refund or exchange once we have received and inspected the returned items.
Please do not return items without prior authorization; doing so may result in processing delays or refusal of delivery. - Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase;
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items;
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. - Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs;
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, dislike of style, etc.), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
